Process

• When contacting me to begin a commission, make sure to send color palettes and reference photos if possible.

• After receiving your email I will send you a confirmation email to discuss the initial design.

• After coming to an agreement I will email you a rough initial design. This initial design is to make sure we're on the same page.

• After approving the initial design please allow two to four weeks for completion, depending on the size of your order.

• Packages that include overlays and stream scenes may vary in price depending on complexity.

Payment

• Payment is due once the initial design is completed, before the official design is started.

• Payment is to be made through paypal only.

• In the event that you can not pay, for any reason, the design will be put on hold until you are able to do so.

• If, once the design is completed you are unsatisfied you can receive a refund of 50% of the purchase price.

Terms

• All designs must abide by the T.O.S. of the intended site. Any requests that violate those terms will result in cancellation of the commission.

• Requests to copy, trace, or duplicate other's branding will not be accepted. The same base idea (such as having a love or ree emote like many do) is fine however.

• After the design is agreed on and payment is made, it will not be reworked, only small tweaks will be done.
